Boostermage is a UK-focused independent price comparison and market information website for sealed Magic: The Gathering products. We use privacy-first measurement practices and data minimisation.
This page explains what we measure, why we measure it, and how to contact us with privacy or rights requests.
We use Umami analytics to understand site usage patterns and improve navigation and product discovery.
Typical measurement data includes page views, referrer/source context, campaign parameters, and selected interaction events.
We design analytics events to avoid directly identifying personal data, and we avoid sending names, emails, payment details, or order details in analytics payloads.
We use a single, privacy-first analytics tool (self-hosted Umami) to understand how the site is used and improve navigation and product discovery. This is the only non-essential tracking we use.
Analytics is switched off by default. On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can accept or reject with equal ease, and you can change your decision at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Where personal data is processed for analytics, our UK GDPR basis is your consent, which you provide by accepting analytics cookies and can withdraw at any time.
We regularly review our analytics implementation against current ICO guidance and update controls when guidance changes.
Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser and remains there until you change it or clear your browser data.
Analytics data is retained only for as long as needed to understand site usage and improve the service, and we do not store it for longer than necessary for that purpose. We do not retain names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers in analytics data.
Boostermage links to third-party retailer websites. We do not control third-party content, terms, stock systems, checkout processes, delivery performance, or post-purchase support.
